Combining laneway access with a substantial frontage, our design approach drew on materiality to express a unique character for each of the three residences. Capitalising on the west-facing rear, each dwelling features a sun-drenched living space and courtyard whilst skylights throughout the upper levels make these truly light-filled homes.

 

The accented roofline is sympathetic to the neighbouring properties whilst the individualised floor plans maximise opportunities such as garage access, lighting and aspect for key living spaces.
